At The Warehouse Gym we always want to provide the best training and support for everyone. Whether want personal training or have any questions about the equipment or classes, our personal trainers are here to help you. Each of our personal trainers are highly qualified and take into account your age, ability, injury history and your goal to then use the most efficient training techniques to support you in reaching your goal.

Helena

I am currently completing my Level 2 in Personal Training where I hope to bring my skills which are specific to bodybuilding/fitness physiques and transformations to the gym.

Once I have completed my Level 2 Personal Training course I aim to help females build their strength both mentally and physically.

Alongside Personal Training, I am also a Sales Executive for The Warehouse Gym. I aim to push memberships and continue the gyms journey as one of the top gyms in the area.
