I’m a Master personal trainer with 20+ years’ experience training men and women of all different shapes and sizes, from total beginners that have never picked up a dumbbell to Athlete's who are keen on achieving another milestone goal.
I create customised plans based on your goals and fitness abilities. I have completed over 15,000 1-to-1 sessions enabling my clients to take their fitness to a new level and enjoy the rewards of a healthy body and a sense of accomplishment that comes with staying fit physically and mentally.

After moving abroad and finding my love for weightlifting, I decided to return to the UK to work at W1 and qualify as a Level 3 PT. I also trained for powerlifting for a period of time, which gave me appreciation for how the body can develop different patterns of movement which will benefit my clients.

Hi, my name is Harrison. My fitness journey began when I was 15, taking myself to the gym to get better at football and improve my confidence. This led me to study strength and conditioning at university, gaining a master’s degree in this subject. I then worked in professional football for 18 months before transitioning into full time personal training hereat The Warehouse Gym and I haven't looked back since. I've worked with clients from numerous backgrounds, whether their training goal is body transformations, strength & conditioning, general fitness, or rehabilitation. I look forward to potentially working with you on your fitness journey.
There is no doubt that you become what you consistently do. Being a gymnast for 10 years, a sprint hurdler for 8, and now a cross fitter with a degree in strength and conditioning displays an immense amount of discipline. Wanting to help encourage confidence and consistency in ladies to lean towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Creating tailored and specific training programmes is something I am passionate about to help improve and optimise ladies to the best of their ability. Alongside promoting a healthy mental wellbeing.
I'm Oli, I've been working as a personal trainer whilst at university and now full-time since finishing my degree. I've been training since the age of 14 and overtime I came to want to share my experience and knowledge to help better people mentally and physically. I've worked with a wide range of individuals from various levels of experience and with many different goals. Varying from fat loss, bodybuilding/strength training and those looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness. My greatest passion and skill lie with boxing. For years I have trained myself and helped many others achieve their boxing goals along the way, be it fitness or self-defence. I also host some of the gyms boot camps and HIIT classes, where varying exercises, class structures and keeping a close eye on performance allows me to engage with members and help everyone to achieve their individual goals.

Sam Sciortino is a lifetime natural athlete. Throughout his 20 years of gym training, Sam's personal goal is now focused on bodybuilding and body transformation. He has worked with many coaches in the industry throughout the years, where he has gained considerable knowledge and varied training styles. Sam is known in the bodybuilding network, not just for competing in shows - he also spends a lot of time with other athletes where he can be found usually with a camera and helping behind the scenes.He is a family man and likes to prove to people that with the right balance, good attitude and effort anyone can achieve their physique goals.
I originally trained as a Pastry chef and over the last 12 years have enjoyed many varied experiences within the food and hospitality industry.

Running the dessert section in a vegan/plant-based restaurant,
Being the Head Chef for a food charity, providing local families with hundreds of nutritious meals during the lockdown period which were made from supermarket surplus and donated food.
My 3 years working for a vegan business was particularly informative. It didn’t stop me eating animal products, but it did introduce me to lots of new ingredients and techniques and it taught me about the importance of gut health. It also exposed me to the concept of culinary medicine and is where I learned the art of fermentation.I have an active interest in using nutrition to support my own health as I have some auto immune conditions. I incorporate what I have learned into my daily life to ensure I stay as healthy as I can.I love learning about nutritional health and continue to educate myself via reading and online courses. Working in the Kitchen at The Warehouse Gym and cooking for sporting professionals means I can use my knowledge of food for health and combine it with an individual’s macro nutrient dietary requirements. I find this interesting as I have not really had to consider this before whilst working as a chef.
I’m Chris and I am a chef at The Warehouse Gym. I have been in hospitality and catering for the past 19 years, working in all aspects of the industry, starting as a kitchen assistant, and working my way up to be a general manager.During this time, I have gotten married and recently started a family with my wife, it was at this point I chose to have a better work/life balance and focus on my passions. What better way to do this by working in a gym and helping like-minded individuals to do the same.I am extremely passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and working to improve my nutrition and fitness. I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients to create new meals which are nutritious and wholesome. In my spare time I take part in various fitness exercises, including long walks, bike rides and daily gym sessions. I also greatly appreciate spending time with my family and friends.
