Due to Coronavirus we are currently not running any classes or bootcamps at the gym. However, we will keep you posted as and when they return.

We have a wide range of classes to choose from, from beginners to experts, there’s something for everyone no matter what your fitness goal may be. Please take a look below at our variety of classes that we offer.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A lower body and core workout designed to tone those stubborn areas. Fill yourself with confidence and kick start your week with legs, bums and tums at The Warehouse Gym.

HIIT

30 minutes of high intensity interval training to blast you into shape, whether you’re a beginner or a fitness veteran this class has something to suit all.

Bootycamp

A lower body workout focusing purely on your glutes. With classes rotating through a wide range of isolation exercises specifically tailored to take your booty to the next level.

Core and More

A full body session with emphasis on core strength. A killer core workout to trim, tone and tighten up just in time for Summer.

Circuits

Earn yourself a guilt free weekend with our full body burner, the perfect class to finish your week strong.

Holly’s Conditioning Class

This total body conditioning class, taken by Holly Howells, involves the use of resistance and weights to work on your strength and tone. This 45 minute HIIT class aims to get your heart rate up through integrating interval training through utilising machines or exercise.

Spin Classes


RPM™
is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.
